    I guess you sell it by simply asking “is it working the way you are doing it now? Yes or no?”. If these are the kind of results that 1200 games coached with 500 wins (isn’t that a losing record!?!) gets you then maybe I’d go with the peewee coach who’s unbeaten in 10 and is currently 17/20 on the powerplay. Sorry, I’m just braggin!

    I coach midgets, they’re all in love with their big shots and they try for the big hit all over the ice. Whenever they decide to play as a team they are pretty good. Yeah , we are all great GM’s and coaches here, although I would assume it’s harder than it looks. I wouldn’t have a clue how to motivate millionaires!
