    @ Bob is your uncle:
You obviously choose to read into my post something that is simply not the case. I’m not sure why. That’s your opinion and your entitled to it. Far from crying I’m just trying to understand why you choose to reply to my post in such a condescending manner. Anyway this tit for tat stuff we are engaged in right now serves no purpose so its best we just forget this and move on . And I do mean it when I say have a great evening uncle bob.

I get shivers whenever I see the Kariya hit. I liked Stevens, but that was a scumbag move.

so Avery gets away with two handing Komi in the ankles a couple of times nothing from the NHL on a guy who obviously has a history…complete joke…Foligno got a small fine for something more dangerous than Brown where the guy he hit was leaning forward with his head as Brown was battling for the puck,

You know, what peterbleafs is kind of talking about reminds me of a conversation I had at work the other day.
    .
There is this guy at work who has a cubicle right outside my office door, he is a Boston fan and nearly every day he has a comment about the Leafs “oh, the Leafs have won 3 in a row, I hear the parade route is being planned out”, that sort of stuff. Sometimes it’s good talk, sometimes I know he’s trying to push my buttons, I don’t think he realizes yet that I’m a pretty grounded person, especially when it comes to my Leaf expectations, it doesn’t bother me, he’s a good guy. Anyway, I always find it curious how much fans of other teams seem to know about the Leafs. In this case, I never talk to him about the Bruins, I couldn’t care less about them, off the top of my head I couldn’t tell you who their leading scorer is, don’t know for sure what place they are in the standings, I simply don’t give a shit and that goes for all the other teams as well.
    .
What I think it proves is that, even though the Leafs are bad, there are a lot of closet Leafs fans out there, people who don’t want to admit right now they follow the team, but I’m pretty sure you would see them on Yonge Street with the rest of us the next time the Leafs win the Cup.
