Great stuff from J-S Giguere today on his struggles early on in his career and why Gustavsson will be fine.

Also audio from Ron Wilson, Leafs and Rangers lineups and Luke Schenn offers a scouting report on New York: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/hockey/leafs-beat/giguere-recalls-horror-show-of-his-early-days/article1875891/

Ya Steeger will help the PP out big time. I am hoping at some point we will also see Mueller get a shot up front on the PP tonight maybe go out there over Crabb for shift or two.

With Wilson coaching it will only take one so so shift by Crabb, Kessel and Bozak to make that happen. The most impatient coach I have ever seen.

I have the feeling that if Crabb doesn’t play his best then Mueller will get a shot on a line with Bozie and Kessel

Very true and I know I have been one of the biggest telling him to stop shuffling the lines like playing cards, but I liked when Army was on their line and went to the net and Mueller is even bigger and willing to go to that area not to mention that boy looks like he can hit pretty damn hard aswell.

phaneuf is just trash on the PP, he always shoots, he doesnt move with the puck on his stick, he doesnt pass the puck and create chances, he just stands in one spot like an idiot and tries to blast every time it comes to him. thats why versteeg is way better on the 1st pp unit, he is mobile with the puck and creates things, he doesn’t force it.
