Leafs Broadcast Standings

Have you ever wondered what the Maple Leafs record “by station broadcasting the game” is? Danny Gray (@ACatNamedFelix) of The Leafs Nation mused about that very topic over Twitter last night, so I decided to do some quick digging to find the answer.

Without further ado, here are the 2011/12 Maple Leafs Broadcast Standings to date:

Obviously, these numbers don’t really mean much of anything. But it’s fun nonetheless. For kicks, I’ll be keeping a running tally on the sidebar (near the bottom, below ‘categories’) throughout the season.

    I agree, Getzlaf should be our target. My guess is that it will take a significant package like Schenn, Bozak, and a prospect like Colborne. Or Schenn, Kulemin, and Blacker.
    In a package like Schenn, Bozak, and Colborne we would probably get a second rounder back as well.

    I agree, Getzlaf should be our target. My guess is that it will take a significant package like Schenn, Bozak, and a prospect like Colborne. Or Schenn, Kulemin, and Blacker.
    In a package like Schenn, Bozak, and Colborne we would probably get a second rounder back as well.

    you are welcome – pretty interesting article.

    With Nash it has never worked – they need to restart and 2 1st round picks plus a player would be a good start.

    I believe our window is openning now. Our biggest hurdle has become goaltending AGAIN. We are a young team, but we have key veteran components in place like Phaneuf, Lupul, Grabovski, Liles, Kessel, etc. With an addition like Getzlaf our time would be the next three/four years. If Reimer returned to form we would be a contender.

    Morning Gents….IMO Getzlaf or Staal……without giving up Kadri or Colborne….that would be a homerun for me
