    I am starting to think no moves unless they are a home run type deal should be made. wait till the summer and try to sign few stud players like Parise or sutter, a small move now may handcuff us latter.

    Yes I know it was just a pick but it was a top pick so they obviously knew it was going to be a solid prospect.

    You can think whatever you want. A lot of people want to give up on Carter because of this year. He has scored 46, 33 and 36 goals the last 3 years before this season. I’m fine with giving up something decent for him. He’s got looong contract but if he plays to potential then his low cap hit kinda offsets that.

    If Burke can get him for Crabb and a 5th then good for for him.

    At the entry draft this year we may get better value for some of our players, NJ willl need to replace Parise and Nash made need to replace sutter.

    is feister any better than sutter. He has to realize that his team isnt that good. A goalie who is aging the team has no real depth
