I think Reimer gives us the best chance of losing so I’m not gonna complain about this coaching decision

Yea, you can opt to only keep 5 and then draft a round earlier than everybody else in the 6th round, where there should be some decent players available.

You do have six pretty good players though:
    1. Stamkos, 2. Hartnell, 3. Backes, 4. McDonald, 5. Read, 6. Dubnyk (might be alright, as Edmonton should have a decent team next year)

Reimer will make a nice backup which there is nothing wrong with

maybe true but we can always speculate, I always said Reimer would only be a back up in the NHL since he started playing and everyone called me an Idiot. Cameron especially, I’m not gonna throw out I told you so’s here but I’m not looking like that much of an idiot anymore..lol

Yea, all of us here do some speculating. With goalies you often don’t know what you really have until 26-27 years old.

And, I know we’ve agreed to disagree on Biggs, but it’s exactly his lack of offence that I think is going to disappoint everyone.

Well, I don’t think Biggs is going to be any better offensively at the pro level than these guys are. I guess we’ll see.

He may not be but he is a hell of a lot more physical, which will actually get him to the NHL, unlike the other who have their work cut out for them.

Just looked, hockeyfuture has Biggs and Ross rated exactly the same. and that’s before being updated to reflect an underwhelming freshman year for Biggs on a good Miami-Ohio team.
