    None of them have that “battle” though. I’d love to see Campbell in there. Brings some grit/toughness/truculence and is good on the PK, good on faceoffs and can chip in a little on offense.

    If Bozak isn’t in the plans for that role then yeah, Campbell would be good. Stoll would be my #1 pick though.

    If Grabovski truly does that job well, then why did we suck so much defensively? I know there’s greater faults in this team, and I could see Grabovski having the potential to be a good shutdown center, but to say he’s better already than 2 good shutdown centers is a little crazy.

    Instead of a 3rd line shutdown center, how about a 2nd line one? Use some combination of Stewart, Frattin, Grabo and Kuli on the wing, but instead of getting Stastny go for a Bergeron/Kesler/Richards equivalent (not sure if there’s any available).

    know what I’d love to see if LA goes out in the next round? I’d love to see LA pull a Holmgren and trade two of their top players in Brown and Kopitar and have Burke pull a Lombardi and end up with both on our team……. I’m a dreamer :)

    I’d be fine with either. I’ve been a fan of Campbell since junior, so I’m a little biased towards him.

    Kelly, Gaustad and Winnik all available as well (and potentially more that I can’t remember).

    Campbell was very good for Florida too. He’s done well everywhere he’s went. He was a big part of Kitchener’s Memorial Cup win in ’03. He’s a total warrior, and I don’t see how anyone could call him a wiener (other than the fact he plays for the Bruins)
