So your saying the U.S government activated the U.S war machine….invaded another country…put thousands of americans in harms way….seens hundreds if not  thousands of thier own killed…all while adding billions and trillions to their national debt and edging that much closer to financial collapse for their entire country….all so that Haliburton and some weapons manufacturers could get some contracts?? Come on….thats utterly ridiculous….

Actually, no, it isn’t.  This wasn’t the U.S. Government.  It was a small faction of the U.S. Government who obviously won the lottery with this move.  Cheney and Rumsfeld both are rich beyond belief, and sheltered by the same Military Industrial Complex.  People need to wake up.  Conspiracies happen every day.  Why wouldn’t the most powerful organization in the world be capable/willing??

Yeh it is ridiculous…its nothing more than a twisted conspiracy theory….those wars mortally wounded the U.S financially….to suggest it was all so a few guys could pad their already large bank accounts is a joke…

I gave it a “like” because of the attempt to lighten the mood.  Not because I enjoy seeing kids fall off of bikes.  

And I resent the fact that the video so hatefully points out that the kid is overweight.

realistically those wars happened to protect American interests abroad, plain and simple. The “war on terror” is a rhetorical attempt to demonize the western world and put the entire country in a state of constant alert. It is no secret that the Bush Administration had interest in topperling Saddam Hussen way before Osama became a factor. The sad reality is that a good percentage of the American population still beleives Hussan was somehow connected to the 9-11 attacks when, in fact, there is no proof of his involvement at all. It was all spun to further a pre-exisiting agenda concerning Iraq.

But he had those mobile chemical and biological weapon trucks adding stockpiles of already existing weapons that needed to be controlled.  No wait… he actually destroyed them all like he was ordered to years before.

yet again, no proof of those things ever existing but the phrase “weapons of mass distruction” was used on loop for years after 9-11 in an attempt to drum support for the war. Nothing motivates people more then love and fear……. also, Conspiracy theories are only theories until they happen to be proven right……best possible example .. Nixon and the Watergate scandal.
