With no negotiations taking place in the past week-plus and a $250,000 payment due to the University of Michigan Friday, the Winter Classic officially got the axe today.

For me, the Winter Classic was spoiled the moment it became apparent the two sides were willing to cancel games and use the fans as a pawn in their greedy game. Say the season came back in time to save the Classic – would it have felt right jumping right back on board and supporting the league in its biggest event of the regular season?

    Good for for the NHL to lose the winter classic, I no longer give a rats ass about the NHL. Sadly, plenty of suckers will come back. Sympathy to innocent spin off companies and employee’s.

    - Biggs is a tough sob who can skate and hit hard while forchecking deep…
    -Finn is a clone of Percy..nothing spectacular but solid all around.
    -sparks is solid, covers angles well with strong lateral movement.

    BOONE JENNER- needs to pass the fuckin puck…biggs would of had a tap in if he chose not to shoot….

    hey fellas , waaaay off topic but i figure most of you are from ontario . i just moved back from alberta and im trying to get auto insurance but everywhere i have went they want 3000 for two vehicals . are all insurance companies insane . i was paying 1400 in alberta for the same coverage . sooo you guys have any suggestions for a place i wont get raped from? any info would be greatlt appreciated

    Go to a broker he’ll be able to find the best company for you. It’s expensive though, I insure 2 cars for the price of one moving from T.O to QC.
