    I think the proposal should just be grossed up. 50:50 this season and the Owners Make Whiole over 2 years with the interest covenant. The optic is a win for the NHL , but the Players are kept whole. I don’t think the percentage increase should stand for this year, and the players are going to have a pro-rated share of their contracy amount, based on the number of actual games to be played.

    I’m guessing thats the case also. IMO the league want this split ,make whole and who pays for the costs of the lockout resolved first and then I think they would make some moves on the contractual issues

    I’m gonna see how this turns out Doorman . I owe myself that much but believe me if these asshole’s do what I think they are about to do they can take this league and shove it up there collective arse’s. Owners and players alike.

    That’s why I think the League are getting ready to pull the plug. Would not be surprised if the League ramps up the PR in the next few days

    The Next 10 to 14 days should tell the story!  It,s time for the PA to get serious!

    They dont have a leg to stand on Now!  No deal in the next 2 weeks = a lost season IMO.  The Players Have LOST!!!

    I think I read that Daly was surprised the PA had such lite weights. I inferred from the piece he was hoping the longer term vets would be present.

    Why in fuck are the likes of Campoli and Darche in these meetings? They don’t even have contracts. IMO its because most of the reputable vets in the league probably don’t really support what’s going on.
