Pretty much. What the NHL will try to do is convince the judge it’s just a bad-faith ploy.

I wouldn’t be surprised to find it’s not that simple.

  I Wondered with the threat of court, action he thought the NHL would move a bit on their position. See, IF the Lawyers have been working on this for years then it make’s sense that  Fehr’s lawyers new the NHL’s response was coming, now the quesiton is, does the NHLPA believe that they could win that NHL Challenge in court , or is this just a bluff ?
