    The sad part about this is in a couple of years the Leafs will be a successful team built off of the hard work Burke put in over these years. Sort of like how Vancouver has been perennial playoff contenders recently because of the work Burke put in before being fired.
    This is a sad story for Mr. Burke. I feel sorry for the guy.

    Does this maybe explain why we havent heard from Burke since the lockout has been solved, and why he hasn’t been in Toronto??
