One Day FREE Fantasy Hockey Contest – $200 in cash prizes

If you haven’t heard yet, there’s a new way to play fantasy hockey that turns the season long grind into quick hitting one night leagues. And the best part is that you can win cash every single day. You draft a team for one night and get paid out as soon as the games end that night. DraftStreet.com is at the forefront of this new trend in the fantasy world and is giving us a great promotion: a FREE one-day fantasy league with $200 in prizes exclusively for Maple Leafs Hot Stove fans.

This free contest will involve salary-cap style drafting where everyone tries to assemble the best team out of the available players. You will have a $100,000 budget to build a team of 2 LW’s, 2 RW’s, 2 Center’s, 2 Defensive players, 1 Goalie, and a FLEX. Each NHL player has been allocated a price based on their expected fantasy performance.

You can adjust your roster up until the contest starts on Friday January 25th at 7:00pm ET, at which time your rosters will lock and the Live Scoreboard will be available.

     OK I get that, If Gardiner continues Koska continues and we have Dion, we could look at trading him for a Need Piece, maybe a more reliable Rugged Defensive D man, a peice in a Blockbuster etc. Could happen I guess

    It’s not just Kadri though…like he says in the interview, there is a reason for everything RC does and he explains it all to the team and the individuals involved…good on him for the communication and gaining the respect of his players by doing it.

     I was one of the people not “happy” about the extension to Liles. I think BB should have waited until after he returned from injury before extending him specially since it was a 4 year deal (from memory) I lIke JML and I think that he did well on Saturday, but I think with JG and MR our left side puck moving D is in good shape for the future. JML can Mentor the kids for a while but we will eventually eed the roster spot.
