There will be no wrong-handed ball hockey at practise tomorrow if the Leafs replicate the same showing as last game and get dominated again by Carlyle’s red-hot ex team.
GO LEAFS GO.

Clarkson's regular season debut on Friday, followed by his home opener on Saturday. I guess Leivo's sent down?
wel we have a very good chance to win three of next 4 games. biggest test will be pitts and the game 5 against vanc.
@Cameron19 Think there are changes coming in the Peg?
Man its funny to see all the happiness on here about the good team game and players stepping up. Cuz that sure wasn't the talk at the end of the 1st period! hahah
Great game and good all around team effort. Killing that 5 on 3 without McClem turned the tide. The captain and the big guns stood up and won the game for us. Bernier with some nice stops once the team settled in and exuding confidence with the lead.
Phil scores 3, JVR is a stud, Dion leads, and Rielly shows flashes
BUT - that GARDINER end to ender was amazing
Nice to see Carlyle showing confidence in him
So let's get real here, how many other players in the world could've scored that second Kessel goal?
He looks so deranged
@Burtonboy poetic justice, karma , whatever
Thanks Eller for reminding me why I hate the Habs
Its not me, you really are assholes
@Burtonboy Not sure what you're talking about, but it gets a like anyway. :-)
@Burtonboy well it ain't over yet
@NotInsane Yea, it was an interesting presser there. I think he mentioned that the team was trying to establish a forecheck, but struggled with the short passing game -- no better example than on the power-play.
That was in regards to the first period by the way.
@Reversethecurse67 well, the way they were playing by the end of the 1st it looked like it was going to be a re-run of the Chicago game. what was the most painful to watch was the apparent lack of skating and intensity. Luckily they started working harder; honestly I was happy just seeing good hockey from them again.
@Reversethecurse67 Told ya it was hard to maintain a 2 goal lead :)
@B_Leaf Who cares? We don't need another player playing five minutes a game.
Pretty good aka: hottest team in the league
@juliesucks Unleash the Fury!!!
@TheCanucksnaphook I thought you had a bad feeling :)
@TheCanucksnaphook Whats the lottery numbers this Friday?
@Jay31 One... Pavel Datsyuk! and that's the only one.
@Jay31 It was my fav of the 3 for sure.
What you think is poor play is actually just boring. There's a difference.
@PeterZeroOne thought they were playing really well until the 2nd goal went in, and when they looked bad on the PP things went downhill fast in the period.
@wendelsway1 haha i had a good laugh when i read that
@mORRganRielly yeah there was a play in the 3rd where ranger tried to set up orr in vain. hopefully one of the marlies can give us some skilled grit.
That 7 game winning streak puts them out front for me, but agree SJ is probably the best team in the league to date.
