GO LEAFS GO.

Paul Ranger makes way for Mark Fraser on the back end. Carlyle with a sensible decision here to keep Rielly in the fold. Fraser moves to the right side to make it work.

Caps D only have six goals this year.

Once again the leafs screw up a shutout for their goalie. The caps just kept shooting at Reims' glove hand. What was that 30 glove hand saves. So much for him having a weak glove hand. Great job by the grinder line and the shut down line. Once they start finishing off those plays again the 1st line will be super dangerous. Couple of weeks ago that line couldn't miss it seemed. I hope Randy does something to help Dion, he cost Reimer his shutout. He could've just stopped and made Ove crash into him. He always seems to back down at the most crucial moments. Reimers' body language on that play said, he thought Dion had him. Oh well hope they get it straightened out. Keys to the VIP tonight Reimer,Clarkson,JVR, and Rielly.

So fucking frustrated in those last 10 mins tonight.  How the hell do the refs let this shit continue to happen all the time.  Absolutely a check from behind and boarding on Lupul, has to be called, no question.  Nope.  Ovi butt ends/crosschecks Phaneuf, right in front of the ref, no call.  Lots of pressure, Franson gets the puck behind the net, tripped, causes a turn-over, ref right fucking there, no call yet again. Total asshat refing.

You don't have clue to blame that on Dion  a bouncing puck a lucky shot by a great shooter open your eyes Dion could not have done anything to prevent that goal and he did a fantastic job on OV all night wake up !!!

@LargusMeans NHL doesn't give a crap about Leafs safety and are taking fighting out of the game, good times.

@Loric76 What a fucking stupid statement.  Of course he does, every goalie does.  He proved to me last year that he was a number one goalie in the NHL, I don't know what the Leafs are looking at, he does this all the time.  He is even better this year.  Reimer's Save% is up to .947.

@Loric76 Yep, if Reimer is fair he'll give Reimer the start on Monday.

@Shift_Disturber1 saw that...Subban's getting good.  He'll be great by the time he hits FA and signs with the Leafs

@Loric76 He's still gonna be RFA...but now he'll have ARB rights.

@Loric76 @Shift_Disturber1 lmao, not happening. I would be a tad shocked if he leaves Montreal. I know they kind of dicked him around on the RFA signing, but the fans love him and I think he likes playing there. But we can all wish :)

Edit: and I hope you are right.
