The Maple Leafs practiced today, Richard Panik’s first practice with the team, and apparently he made himself noticed. Matt Frattin is going to be scratched tomorrow, by the looks of things.
Looks like the Leafs 4th line could be: Winnik-Holland-Panik.
Richard Panik already with a large presence at practice. Dion Phaneuf with a hit. Later, Panik collides into Franson on a drill. Chippy..

Cody Franson continues to get better and could draw in this weekend.
Randy Carlyle thinks Cody Franson is more likely to be an option for Sunday, not Saturday.

There also appears to be some confusion with regards to William Nylander’s ability to join MODO in Sweden. There was a report he was ineligible and one that MODO didn’t have the money and there isn’t a clear answer as to what the hold up is.
