Via TSN: “Mikhail Grabovski and Francois Beauchemin were involved in a scuffle and had to be separated, reports AM640 in Toronto. The radio station is reporting the pair was involved in an argument and Grabovski tried to punch Beauchemin. Jason Blake and assistant coach Tim Hunter got between them.”

Montreal fans are likely ready to go with an “I told you so” in hand. Grabovski had been on his best behavior during his time thus far here in Toronto and there were no reports of any conflict or tension until this little confrontation today. Strange that it comes on the heels of the team actually starting to play well, but hopefully it’s just something minor that will be swept under the rug.

In other news, it appears Mike Komisarek is back at practice and will likely suit up for tomorrow night’s game against Buffalo. No word yet on who will be scratched, but my money’s on Exelby.

I still have purples available for that game, so drop me an email if interested. It seems I’ve become to the go-to wholesaler for everyone I know, so expect more of these deals to come along this year.
