Multi-point games all around for Leafs prospects
Travis Dermott and Dmytro Timashov were recently returned to the CHL to start their respective junior seasons on time. Both showed enough in the rookie tournament and preseason to suggest big seasons could be in store.
So far so good: A two-point night for Dermott versus Windsor, and a three-point game for Timashov versus Rouyn-Noranda.
Also in the Huskies – Remparts game, Martins Dzierkals posted a goal and an assist to secure second star.
Timashov, meanwhile, earned first-star honours with this effort.
