I didn’t waste any time at all, simply don’t live on my computer. Came back and saw your response, so I posted my own reply after a very quick search. Like I said, go look for yourself. Or continue to bluster. The post was on a hockeybuzz blog and was my first hit. Did I need to post them all? Do you need footnotes as part of a formal essay?
