It’s not a particularly strong lineup the Maple Leafs will be trotting out this afternoon. A new line of camp invitees plus Connor Brown enter the fray while William Nylander, Josh Leivo and David Broll get the game off. Here are your lines vs. the Senators:

A former Soo Greyhound and Peterborough Pete, 21-year-old invitee Brett Findlay had a decent showing, including a good bit of work to set up Matt Finn’s goal in the second period last night, and it appears they’ve moved him up next to Gauthier and Brown to gain a better look.

Tyler Biggs has been rotated onto more of a skilled line centered by Carter Verhaeghe (who looked good last night) after playing on a checking line with the Rupert twins in the Hawks game.

Count us among those impressed with Tom Nilsson’s poise and puck movement yesterday while playing with compatriot Viktor Loov. We’ll get a second look at both recent imports this evening, this time on separate pairings.

Starting in goal is Christopher Gibson, who figures to back up Garret Sparks on the Marlies after a summer of training with Jonathan Bernier in Montreal. Gibson, former 2nd round pick of the LA Kings who was signed as an FA by the Leafs last summer, spent 12 games with the Marlies last season and 20 with the Orlando Solar Bears in his first year in the organization; he went 5-6-0 with a .912 save percentage in his AHL starts.
